If your battery died Couldn’t you just apply power to the poles on the back of the switch with a jump box or a power tool battery or whatever you have on hand.

Not always. But I get what you mean. I wonder how much 100ish feet of battery cable weighs in a thick enough gauge to handle a 25 foot run. I’ll bet it’s more than 150 pounds.

At the risk of sounding like a newbie (I am) How do you guys drive these things in rough water? I’ve been playing with set up on mine and i don’t know what direction I should be going. Bow up and get on top or tab the bow down and let ‘er eat?

Finally got around to making a hidden fold down mount for my spare tire. Made it heavy so hopefully it balances out the trailer a little bit even though it’s not too far forward. Also grabbed some choppers(I think?)from a friend.they are stamped with “York” if that means anything to anyone...
