Wife planned a trip for us to come down mid-August. Hoping it's 110 or less. Been out when it was 120+ and it was absolutely miserable! But we'll probably be out no matter the temp, when you get one trip a year down from Idaho, you make the most of it!

We just did Johnson Hardwood brand LVP everywhere except the bedrooms. It was highly recommended by the flooring store we went thru. Thicker top layer than what you can get at Home Depot or the like for better wear is what they said. Hope it's true.
