Ever come home to a hot house or a flooded one, only to realize everything’s closed and you’re stuck dealing with the mess? Yeah, it’s the worst. That’s exactly why we set up the Mission Accomplished Comfort Club Thermostat—to help you avoid those headaches before they happen.

And with summer right around the corner, now’s the perfect time to get your AC tuned up. Plus, with our membership, you’ll get a free WiFi thermostat that keeps an eye on things even when you’re not home.

Here’s what it does:

  • Sends alerts to both you and us if your AC stops cooling or if there’s a water leak.
  • Works on both WiFi and cellular, so it stays connected no matter what.
  • Comes with a WiFi light switch, so you can turn lights (or any connected device) on and off from your phone.
  • The app even pairs with door locks, garage doors, and most Z-Wave devices for total home control.

And if you join our Comfort Club ($24.99/month), you’ll get:

Free WiFi thermostat with a 2-year commitment.
Guaranteed same-day service and free diagnostic charges if anything ever goes wrong.
Year-round AC performance monitoring—if your system isn’t working right, we’ll call you and send a tech out for free before it becomes a big problem.
A full HVAC tune-up every Spring to keep your system running strong.✔ And if technology isn’t your thing, we’ll set everything up for you—even future smart home devices.

I actually just installed the flood sensors at my own place and found out my kitchen sink had been slowly dripping for months. Good thing the builder still had a warranty as they had to replace the cabinet

If you’ve got a part-time home or just want to make sure your AC doesn’t quit on the hottest day of the year, this is a solid way to stay ahead of it. Let me know if you want one set up!

Insurance companies are starting to require the automatic water shut offs with leak detection here. Pretty soon it will probably be required everywhere. We are adding outlets to where the water mains enter the house to make it easy to add.

If not required Insurance might offer a reduction in rates with one installed.

+1 for Alarm.com stuff. Runs off cellular so even if Allo or Suddenlink is down I can still control stuff at the house. I even set up a Leviton recepticle so I can cycle my modem via the cellular connection. I also setup a rule that when the alarm is on, the incoming water valve is automatically shut off via a ball valve actuator that was super easy to install. Getting stuff to work with the Z-Wave to the Alarm.com panel is tricky though.

Came home from Lake Powell houseboat trip to back half of the house flooded due to a toilet feed line springing a leak. Now have the Moen System throughout the house with leak detection sensors at every sink, toilet, water heater and washer. Includes auto shutoff at main with Wifi alerts.

I am a tech nerd so I also have wifi thermostats for temp monitoring, cameras, backup leak detection, power loss monitoring etc for my main house, river house and Moho.

There equipment is ahead of the Honeywell, Nest, and Ecobee. I have all zwave lights switches so now I can control lights, garage doors, Front door and front door camera on one app. I have been looking for this set up for a few years and now we have it for sale in Lake Havsu. Next item I am installing is the water shut of valve. It can tell you if you have a toilet slowly leaking

We get calls weekly every Thursday and Friday for emergency AC service. Most of these customers have WiFi stats but most forget to check its working while on the road. These send a message to the consumer and the service company. We can get our club members fixed before they arrive for the weekend
