I picked up a Lemans blue x66 SS 396 69 Camaro without engine & trans and looking at options to keep it BbC. Awesome car, only has 5800 original miles on it since it was used as a track drag race car. Since I don’t have the OG engine I’m not too hung up on keeping everything original so a BBC with a 5 speed is definitely in the conversation.

The hard part is for 15k or so I can build a 800hp LT4.

I’m out a few months before I have the budget to buy an engine so I thought I’d start early and see if anyone here has a lead on something cool? Thx for lookin!

I built a 632 for my river neighbor's 69 Camaro, but it was using his parts. My advice if you start with a clean slate might be a shorter stroke engine. I just finished a pump gas 565 for a guy's boat, waiting for him to get the boat running to see how it runs!

Track down Max Tutalo. You can find him on Instagram. He just pulled a motor out of his boat that would be perfect for your car and it is a killer deal. I talked to his dad yesterday and it's out and ready for a new home.

Well I since picked up a Gen 5 mercruiser 502 long block in great shape, stock bore, forged crank, dimple 7/16 rods & JE pistons with square port heads.

And a virgin Dart Big M std deck 4.5 bore.

I’ve got my heart set on an aluminum block so if anyone is interested in what I described above hit me up.

3k for the mercruiser long block & $3,200 for the Dart Big M block.

Call or txt me.

I might be able to bring this stuff to SoCal soon if you’re a serious buyer. Hit me up with what you’re thinking

What heads on the 502? Pretty good prices on both, if someone doesn't jump on them I might have to! What's the bore on the Dart block?

The 502 heads are rectangular ports. Factory mercruiser I assume. I’ll get the casting #’s tonight.

The Big M block is 4.5 bore. Std deck. 9.8

Heads are 14097088. Rectangular ports. With 7/16 studs & guide plates.

I’m headed to Redlands tomorrow morning early. I can bring what you want with me. Get ahold of me asap. Call or text.
