Both. I find it easier to form and pour them because you can set the levels with forms vs having to set each individual piece.

I think the going rate is $2-3 a mile for a fully insured operation. Not sure if they would want to tow a single axle…. Company may want to load it on a car hauler etc. @Outlaw Boat Transport
