as i look closer....there is a single skid mark.
but this only makes me wonder more. if this was a V hull, it must have been the narrowest boat in the world to not completely flatten those vertical poles. maybe this was a jetski?
i agree with you, but....... wouldnt there be fiberglass shreds and marks, especially on the poles? i actually dont see any skid marks to suggest something hit it.
the sensor is a pressure transducer, not a temperature sensor.
its low water pressure that is likely causing the alarm. thats why your temp may look OK but its still pissed off
the HEI will work, just pay special attention to the advance mechanism. Not as easy to get the curve right compared to an MSD where springs and weights are readily available.
saw this recently n a hallett. shop replaced everything and couldnt get it t go away.
in the end, the passage was clogged through the drive. its very common. have to pull the engine to get access to it.
the biggest problem is the connections. anymore i find lights that have leads coming off them, not a connector. then splice with glue lined heat shrink
Page airport is 800' higher than the lake.
today, the temps at havasu and powell are very similar, showing a density altitude difference of about 3000'.
this difference in DA will narrow during prime boating havasu months when Havasu heats up more than powell.
