At the Costco the pricks do like this guy, leave them in the pedestrian lane so you have to roll your cart in the traffic lanes and dodge preoccupied texting soccer moms .

Often wondered, is it considered littering when these clowns place advertising under your wiper ?? I'm guessing not since it's almost always on public property.
Yet they're still messing with your car by placing it there. I do agree, as much as I'm all for not littering and walking a few extra feet to properly store a cart, don't screw with people's cars.

Years ago a woman walked away from her cart after she emptied it and it rolled into my wifes car, about $500 of damage (several years ago).

Wife confronts her, she says "too bad" and drives off.

we I'd her and my wife took her to small claims court.. Judge said "pay the lady for the damage your cart did to her car".....

Her husband was not a happy camper.....

It's not like the teenager or whoever has a tough job getting exercize rounding up cart's. They often look like they are working a chain gang and hate their miserable life. Not so good as LazyLavey reported above when that errant cart rolls downhill into your car door. Or blocks pedestrian lanes and parking spaces. I consider it another example of lack of consideration for others and their property, it's just another example of "Yes, it is all about me" mindset. Like tossing your trash everywhere because there's some guy getting paid to sweep streets and parking lots.

Only two stores here have a cart return problem. Walmart and Costco. Most other stores have a cart deposit system. Since we have a dollar coin the deposit is usually a dollar. You get the dollar back when returning the cart to the stall.

There is a whole segment of people like this that want nothing more than to ruin someones life for something that is none of their business. Case in point the guy in a costco that got harassed for not having a mask and eventually going off on the harrassers, no physical violence mind you. Got posted on the internet and the guy got fired. These people probably felt all high and mighty that they threw a family's life in turmoil. It ok to stress his wife and kids boy that makes you something special.

The list is endless with these douchebags feeling moral superiority.

You want to ask him to put his cart away, fine. Dont film it. Touching someone elses property is over the line.

Now take it a step further what if he was distracted enough pulling onto the street and was in an accident. What if it was your wife and kids he hit. All so this whiny douche can be some internet moral cop.

There is no handicap area in the video. It is a walkway between vehicles and a cart really wouldnt be blocking anyones way. Handicap parking would be by the cart corral , by the front of the store.

Safeway in West Salem bought new carts a couple years ago because of the homeless stealing them. They have electronic wheel locks. So as soon as you try to leave the parking lot with them the wheels lock up!!

Was over at a friends house quite a while back and he had a show on with people doing so called practical jokes on people, what i saw they kind of made of a fool of some guy, i said to him they better have a pretty good security detail i know lots of folks that would not be laughing about being the brunt of someones so called joke.....Personally don't give a shit either way but those kinds of things can go real south real fast.

How often do shopping carts really roll into cars? Think in all my life I’ve seen it Happen twice. And I go to the store a LOT! I mean a tree branch can fall on your car. Kids playing in the street can hit your car with a ball. Someone can open a car door on your car. Or like the dumb bitch riding her bike down the street next to my truck that was scared by a car passing and ran into my truck while o was standing across the street! Shit happens. People leave the carts in parking spaces on the planters etc. whatever. I grab a cart on my way in from the lot usually abs then put it in the cart corral. But not always. Sometimes I’m Fuckin lazy and don’t want to walk all the way over to the corral. Not always. But it happens from time to time. Sometimes I walk the cart all the way back to the store door. Just depends on what’s going on and how much time I got.
But this little prick getting into peoples face and acting like a total fuckin idiot...won’t be surprised when someone beats this fuck down. I’m guessing when he’s laying on the parking lot floor bleeding he won’t be worried about uploading that “funny” video.
