The OP is talking about editing a title to a THREAD. Not a post. The new upgrade allows it now. Sounds like nobody listens to you.

I do agree changing the topic to a thread title should be only for a mod to do.

Nope, as far as I know there were many who complained about changing quotes and I was one of the last. So you agree, ANYBODY can change ANYBODY'S quote at any time, that just sucks and Shin thought so also.
