At this point, I'm willing to sell the thing outright. We've enjoyed the resort for many years, used to go every weekend on the bonus time. As I recall, the mini is $45, the one bedroom $55, and the two bedroom $65 using the bonus time. The rooms are very nice, the place is quiet and clean. They have a locked outdoor storage about .5 miles from Windsor. I own a one bedroom prime season share. Havasu Dunes is part of Preferred Status Exchange which includes resorts in Palm Springs, Hawaii, June Lake, Laguna Beach and Reno.
