Pismo Beach Car show pics

Spent the Weekend up in Pismo with the Boys and checked out the Car shwo they have here every year.

Here are a few non-car show pics.

Found a Sting ray that washed ashore and being the white trash hill billys we are we just had to take a pic.

To me this was the most spectacular vehicle in attendance. I kept going back to it to check it out.














I had video of it running and driving but somehow it got lost in the transfer between my computer and camera

Every night they did a Cruise through the streets we had pretty good spots to watch and I snapped pics of as many cars as I could.

The way I kept the Boys interested in The show and gave myself the ability to take tons of pictures is I told them to show me which cars they liked and I would take pictures of them with their favorite cars.

For JBB. surprisingly, there were no Jeep parts in this one.

Here is a picture of Downtown Pismo Beach from our Friend's office. Its never this crowded.

Boys wanted to go up on the Roof deck and watch the sunset.

I like how you even got the family to pose with a car show hottie! I like your style.

By the way, I don't think that's a stingray. It looks like a Horseshoe crab (can't tell for sure those pics aren't clear)...

It wasdefinitely a Ray...white on the bottom mouth and gaills on the bottom and soft skin.

I think someone would have had to ship a horseshoe crab in, don't believe they are native to California. I recognized the photo as that of a ray, you could tell it was soft and fleshy by the look of the edges.

That car show looks like it had an awesome turn out!! I love that diesel dealio!!

Did you see how the blowers were joined together?

The diesel was amazing. the superchargers were driven off the back of the motor all enclosed (not like the open belt deal we are used to seeing) then basically on the other end of that supercharger there is a connecting shaft that drives that second one. it was all enclosed and stealth.

How loud was the diesel? You don't often see them with open pipes like that.

Pismo is fun.
Riding on the beach is a bonus.
The chicks in the clubs outnumber the single guys 2 to 1 .

Looks like a banjo ray, kids use to catch them out of newport all the time, and yes they have stinging barbs.

Not nearly as loud as you would think considering the way it looked. It had a reall distnct sound and I wish the vide I took of it would have worked out.

No, when I transfered it to my computer I always select the option to delete the pics from the card. so the files are on my computer as a pic. and when I open them with windows media it jsut plays the sound and no pics :grumble:

Not 1 pic with somebody with a beer in there hand. Not the Parker All Star kinda crowd.

There was no short supply of cocktails or Beers...for the adults. the kids on the other hand other hand did not partake.

And I kept the allstars well represented and, toasted bobbyat 3pm Saturday.

Its defintiely a fun place, I would like to get our normal desert crew together to do a riding trip up there, especially since you can ride during the summer months and camp right on the beach.
