Question about new Sony head unit

I currently have a Sony CDX-F7705 head unit in my boat with the following components:

1 - Sony Remote Commander RM-XM10
1 - Terk XMDirect Smart Digital Adapter for Sony car stereos XMDSON100
1 - Rockford Fosgate 4 - Channel Amp
1 - Rockford Fosgate Mono Amp

Since my head unit does not have an IPOD plug is, I am looking to replace it. I am looking for a replacement Sony head unit that will be compatible with the components I already have (something I can simply plug into my existing wires and AV cables). If any stereo experts could help me out, I would appreciate it. I am looking at the Sony CDX-M60UI, I just wanna make sure I can just plug and go....Also, do they sell a splitter for the Sony remote commander so I can add a second one?

Thanks,
Brian
