2011 ELIMINATOR 27 SPEEDSTER

So im building a 2011 27 speedster...eliminator is building me a capped hull and interior....rick from arneson is hooking me up with a bad ass drive .....not sure on a motor but some thing crazy.....seatons marine in discovery bay doing the full rig....im gonna post pics as i get them!!!!

Wow, congrats on a beautiful boat. There has been a lot of previous discusssion about the application of an Arenson surface drive in a single application. Am very curious to see how your project progresses through the dialing in stage. Those drives can certainly handle big power but would like to see your review at the end for overall use in a single engine boat.

Good luck with your project and keep updating with pics and progress. I have owned to Daytonas previously and love Eliminator boats. :thumbsup

. I think a single with an arneson is bad ass!! Might he a little expensive to dial on, but worth it if u can get it dialed.

There is a guy with 26 Daytona that has a surface drive over on PB. Basically the same boat. I don't think is was an Arneson drive but a Weisman (sp?). Had a big old blower motor. :boobeyes:

It was white with purple flames or strips if I remember correctly.

It changed hands several times among the DLB so I'm not sure who has it.

There is a guy who stays in Havasu-Crazy horse- that has a Dominator with a big blower motor and arnesen drive, but I think he tops out in mid 80s.

I saw this 27 Speedster when I was at Eliminator earlier this week. Beautiful boat! Sounds like a very interesting project. If you guys want to see it in person too, drop by Eliminator's factory in Mira Loma this weekend when they're having another open-house spring sale event -- free food and beverages plus Eliminator merchandise. Good news that Eliminator is back to building some new boats.

Correct no Arneson and maybe BoostPower Quad Rotor in it?!? It was for sale 2-3 years ago if I recall. Saw it pass buy the sandbar Friday. Still looks good.
